Mr. Di Lillo is a graduate from McGill University. He began his career in the service industry, in 1979, as a personal trust officer for “The Royal Trust Company”. In 1981, he joined the founder of Alliance Immobilia Inc., an I.C. & I. Real Estate broker, and there, acquired his background in industrial and commercial property sales and rentals. Over a twelve-year period, Mr. Di Lillo held several positions, starting as a sales assistance and ending as the Vice President, Real Estate Brokerage Services. In 1993, he co-founded MAGNA as primarily a real estate brokerage company specializing in industrial, commerical and investment real estate transactions.

Mr. Di Lillo, our youngest and most recent associate, graduated from John Molson school of business, in 2010, with a bachelor in business administration, minor in finance. Immediately following his graduation, Mr. Di Lillo joined MAGNA as a Real Estate Broker and brought with him his great passion for the profession and a desire to provide excellent service to MAGNA’s clients.

Mr. Bomba started his career in Real Estate in 1990 with Royal Lepage Inc. Thereafter he developed his expertise in Industrial, Commercial and Investment property transactions with RE/MAX Pro Commercial Inc. and later with Colliers International (Quebec) Inc. In 2001, Mr. Bomba joined MAGNA as a chartered Real Estate Broker and quickly became a key player in its growth. He possesses and fosters in-depth knowledge in the field and has developed a knack for truly understanding clients’ needs, thus delivering solutions in a professional and timely manner. He is definitely the candidate you want in your team for all your Real Estate needs.

Mr. Panzera has a background in Industrial Drafting and Estimation. He joined Magna in 2004 after having had a lucrative sales career, spanning over twenty (20) years, with Artitalia Group Inc. His involvement with Artitalia, from its inception, as a manufacturer of commercial furniture and merchandising fixtures, not only has promoted his sales expertise, but has also provided invaluable experience with the day-to-day operations of manufacturing processes. He is well equipped to service the industrial and commercial real estate needs of Magna’s clients.


Angie Carestia

Office Manager

Mrs. Carestia joined MAGNA in early 2014 as an office manager. Prior to that, she had developed and fine-tuned her administrative skills in an up-hill career spanning over 23 years, in a distribution and manufacturing company. Her experience in corporate administration, operations and customer service as well as her refreshing views of business marketing and image, plays an integral part of MAGNA’s team.
