• Prepare a detailed summary of the property to be presented to potential clients.
• Execute the brokerage contract and prepare a detailed listing.
• Install advertisement signs in front of the property at a location pre-approved by you.
• Inform and dispatch all information required to the city’s industrial commissioner.
• Transmit a copy of the listing directly to Industrial Commissioner and Industrial Real Estate agencies/Real Estate brokers.
• Contact and advise our internal list of prospects.
• Advertise the property on Magna’s web site (www.magnagroup.ca).
• Set appointments and tour the subject property with all prospective clients.
• If a transaction materializes through the intermediary of another real estate agency, the commission will be shared on a 50/50 basis with the collaborating real estate agency. We suggest a six (6) months mandate
• Collaborates with outside Real Estate Agencies to provide maximum exposure for our clients
